How much is it to print t-shirts?

Is there a minimum order?
No. We will print 1 garment as a tester / sample for you, though you will have to pay the set up charge & fixed costs to do this. £30 is reasonable starting price for this service. The minumum order for full colour screen printing starts at 72. Screen printing becomes economically viable from 10-12 items, if the job is straight forward (one or two colour prints) but the unit prices for are much higher than if the order was 50.
Can I supply my own garments or panels?
We love to work with clients who supply their own garments & pattern cut panels for screen printing. For small runs, it may be cheaper for you to buy the garments that suit your needs from, American Apparel, Primark or M&S. We will print on them for you, but please cut off the sales tags!
Can I have the job bagged, labelled and tagged?
Bagging garments starts at 0.05p, sewing labels in & applying swing tags P.O.A, we can give you the names of the best manufacturers of these items & they can send them direct to us.
Do you do discharge printing?
Discharge printing is available on certain garments that are dyed with dischargeable dye. Pre-production testing is advised, minimum production run is 100 units.
I don't know if you can print on the type of fabric I have, can you test print it for me?
No problem, send the fabric or substrate in!
How quickly will you despatch my order to me?
Most jobs can have a turnaround time of just 3-5 working days - But book our time early to avoid disappointment. Deliveries are trackable & made by APC Overnight for the UK (Delivered Next Day for 9:30am* / Midday* / 5pm) or Europe, provided you have supplied a valid Post Code when placing your order with a daytime delivery address. Please note we no longer accept customer collection.

I have lost the original artwork, can you recreate it for me from this visual?
We can usually do this for you, at worst we can create something close to the original. Please note that artwork services are not free of charge and taken into consideration of the job as a whole.
How long do you keep the screens for?
Unlike most t-shirt printers our screens are recycled as soon as possible. If you think that you'll need to reorder within a month, then we'll keep the screens for you. Otherwise it's no problem to re-shoot the screens, free of charge.
What artwork is required & How can I send you my artwork?
We accept most formats of digital files. We recommend: Vector (SVG) saved as Illustrator EPS (CS1) or AI , with all fonts outlined; or, Bitmap & Photographic files in Photoshop PSD, BMP, TIFF, JPEG. Please contact us for other file formats.
